Circle City Industrial Complex (CCIC), located at the corner of Mass Ave. and 10th Street on Indianapolis’ Near Eastside. Spanning more than a half a million square feet, the CCIC is home to a diverse group of tenants including artists, makers and small businesses. CCIC is open to the public on the First Friday of each month for the IDADA Art Tour, featuring open studios and work by our more than 40 in-house artists. The CCIC is also home to some of our favorite local businesses like Indy Winter Farmer’s Market, Indy Urban Hardwood, Centerpoint Brewery, Ruckus Makers Space, Onyx Candles and more.
We lucked out and were able to secure the former RecycleForce facility which boasts over 80,000 square-feet of warehouse space. We’ll have plenty of room for you to roam free. If you arrive early, come on in. We’ll have a waiting area inside the facility with drinks, cocktails and brews (and heat) while you wait. At first glance, it’s little rough around the edges, but we love staying true to our roots and supporting up-and-coming developments like this facility. We know you will dig it.
